Returns and Warranty

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return it within 30 days of the original shipment date on the packing slip. To return an item, please send to 11315 E Caribbean Ln, Scottsdale, AZ 85255. We will gladly refund or credit the product purchase price to your original form of payment. You may use the shipping method of your choice; however, we strongly suggest that you acquire shipment tracking and insurance for the entire value of your product. We are not responsible for returns that become lost or delayed in transit. Shipping, handling, and preview/trial fees are not refundable. Items must be returned with all parts included.
